Dr. Lockman has served as an expert witness in matters related to Brain Injury Medicine, PM&R and Electrodiagnostic Medicine for over 20 years.  He has performed countless Independent Medical Examinations and expert opinion reports.  He has been retained by many attorneys in Minnesota as well as in more than 10 other states across the country.  He has provided many deposition testimonies and has provided trial testimony in both civil and federal court settings.
